A stunning addition to our Traditional House Collection, Hickory Place boasts a charming exterior, contrasting classic brick siding with a sloping roof. This space is granted a cozy atmosphere by a fireplace at the rear, flanked by two entries to the Grilling Porch outside. Moving toward the front of the home from here, you will find yourself in the spacious Kitchen. Although this space is mostly closed off from the Great Room, a pass-through above the sink allows you to keep an eye on the comings and goings in the Great Room, and a center island with seating for 3 adds a bit of a gathering space here. Directly off the Kitchen is the Dining Room, accessed through stylish French doors, as well as a hallway leading into the Laundry Room and 2-car garage which may serve as a mudroom entry. 

On the right side of Hickory Place, the Master Suite boasts a grand entry of 8” columns from the Great Room.
