A stunning addition to our Traditional House Collection, Hickory Place boasts a charming exterior, contrasting classic brick siding with eye-catching gables. Moving toward the front of the home from here, you will find yourself in the spacious Kitchen. Although this space is mostly closed off from the Great Room, a pass-through above the sink allows you to keep an eye on the comings and goings in the Great Room, and a center island with seating for 3 adds a bit of a gathering space here. Directly off the Kitchen is the Dining Room, accessed through stylish French doors, as well as a hallway leading into the Laundry Room and 2-car garage which may serve as a mudroom entry.
