A full bathroom and laundry room can be found to the left of the hallway leading to a large game room. Here, there is plenty of space for a billiard table, as well as a round table perfect for poker nights with friends. A kitchenette accessible to the rear grilling porch makes it the ultimate space for entertaining.

Two Upper Levels

Upstairs, the second level of Autumn Drive features a lovely Master Suite with a private bath full of amenities, including a corner whirlpool tub and separate shower, his and her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Opposite the master suite, an additional bedroom and office/nursery share a Jack and Jill bath with private vanities.

There is an optional, additional upper floor, making up 1148 square feet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are found here, mirroring each other on the left and right sides, respectively. Toward the rear of the Autumn Drive house plan is a luxurious bathroom, with a dual sink vanity, a corner whirlpool tub, and separate corner shower.
