Castle Like Entrance

A tall stone arch frames large picture window atop an also arched doorway to add to the up close curb appeal of Corinthian. This European House Plan is not short of anything luxurious and the entryway is no different. Head on inside and you're greeted with a grand curved staircase complimenting the the tall ceilings. With a formal dining to your right and a study space to your left, the open foyer is a beautiful start to this luxurious home plan.

Open Floor Plan

Heading on into the rest of the home plan, you'll find the Great Room. Featuring two stone arched entries and a tall stone fireplace to match, this room is nothing less than grand. To the right, attached to the dining room, you'll find the spacious kitchen with the eat at kitchen island. Just past the bar stools, you'll also see a smaller prep island. A walk in pantry is centrally placed in the kitchen to only compliment the even larger cabinet storage and counter space. If you find yourself not wanting to eat at the kitchen island, you can also take a seat and enjoy your brunch in the breakfast room featuring large picture windows offer tons of natural light.

Main Level Master Suite

Another luxurious feature of Corinthian is the main level master suite. Boxed ceilings only adds to the already spacious master bedroom. If the space weren't enough to make it feel luxurious, the exterior doors leading into the private sunroom are sure to do the trick. You'll also enjoy a large master bathroom featuring two vanities with plenty of extra space. Both vanities have a private feel to them being on opposite sides of both the large bathtub and walk in shower. Two walk in closets also give his and hers own space to get ready and store their clothing. One of the walk in closets also doubles as a safe room.

Upper Level Living

Head on up the spiral staircase to be greeted with a balcony overlooking the Great Room. Along with bedrooms 2, 3, & 4, you'll also find two and a half bathrooms. You'll also have the option of spending time in the proposed game room & optional Home Theater Area (optional home theater are not included in the total living space).
