Sunbelt Place pairs function and luxury to give you a stunning floor plan with a cozy atmosphere! Board and batten siding and classic shutters contrast with a metal roof and the American front porch, making it perfect for your new home in the country. Picture yourself coming home to gather around the fire with your family below a high vaulted ceiling accentuated with timber beams. Communal meals are a sure thing in this open space, with only an eat-at island separating the kitchen from the great room and dining area. A large walk-in pantry offers plenty of storage for all your cooking needs!

Transferring ingredients and supplies for outdoor meals is made easy, with a double door entry to the grilling porch from the kitchen. For families with kids who tend to get into all things dirty, the mudroom/laundry room with a sink is also accessed from the porch, and a half bath just behind the entry makes sure any dirt or mud tracked in is limited to one space. Across from the mudroom is the home office, and to the left of the Sunbelt Place house plan, you will find entry to the 3-car garage beside a designated space for a bench with hanging hooks.
