Open Floor Plan

Stepping inside Denton Place, you will find yourself in a spacious Foyer which opens your view up to the expansive floor plan, which incorporates the Great Room and Kitchen into one large space. To your left, you will also notice your home Office space, complete with built-in shelves and plenty of natural light provided by the front-facing window.

Just ahead, the open floor plan is accentuated by a breathtaking vaulted ceiling decorated with lovely beams across. The fireplace in the Great Room is visible from the Kitchen, allowing for the perfect gathering space.

Speaking of the Kitchen, you will absolutely love the eat-at center island! This huge island has bar seating for 8 people, perfect for casual snacking, or even just spending time with the cook. In contrast, formal meals can be enjoyed in the nearby Dining Room, below a 12-foot ceiling. Bedroom 3 also has a walk-in closet, and a double window faces the front of the property.

Mudroom Entry

Conveniently, the Laundry Room is found down the hall, with the Mudroom across from Bedroom 2. The Laundry Room features plenty of counterspace, along with a soaking sink, allowing you to fold all your clothes before they make it back to your closet and remove even the toughest stains! Its location within the same hallway of the bedrooms offers the kids some extra responsibility, too.

Moving toward the front of the house plan through a charming barn door will lead you into the Master Bath. His and her vanities and a free-standing tub lie below a stunning vaulted ceiling, pairing with the walk-in shower to give you ultimate relaxation. The massive walk-in closet at the very end of the left wing is sure to hold all the wardrobe essentials for you and your partner!

Lower Bonus Space

Need more space? No problem! The Denton Place house plan comes with a Lower Bonus Space, complete with an enormous area housing a Game Room, a Den/TV Room, and a Kitchen with more bar seating! You will also find a Safe Room for your piece of mind, as well as an Unfinished Storage space for all those knick knacks you just can’t seem to let go of. A fourth bedroom with a large walk-in closet is also included, as well as a full bath, that would be perfect for a guest room or the teenager in your life.

Extended Outdoor Living

Last but certainly not least, the outdoor living spaces of Denton Place are sure to please! Outside the Great Room, you can step onto the rear Covered Porch, where the vaulted ceiling is continued. There is plenty of space to set up chairs and comfy furniture, or even to grill delicious burgers. When the bugs start to swarm, step onto the cozy Screened Porch to the left!

From the Lower Bonus Space, you can enjoy the huge Patio on the left side of the home. This space is flanked by two brick walls for maximum privacy from onlookers and provides a sunny alternative to the rear Covered and Screened Porches. Tanning, anyone?
