This European house plan displays a beautiful mixture of both stone and brick siding giving depth and visual interest to the home. This is complimented by the wooden shutters, arched windows and front door, and the finials on the rooftop points. All these beautiful elements give this home wonderful curb appeal!

Stepping inside you will find yourself in the large foyer and straight through into the great room where you can enjoy a cozy fire in the gas fireplace while resting under the elegance of the vaulted ceiling. The great room provides access to the outdoor living/grilling porch through two French doors, also allowing plenty of natural light to flow into the house.

The open floor plan allows the great room, kitchen and breakfast nook to flow together for the perfect entertaining space. As this spaces are unencumbered by dividing walls conversations with your guests can flow from one room to the next uninterrupted.
