Soft beige bricks make up the exterior with a rich, dark mahogany roofline trim. Sweeping steps lead to the portico and stunning arched front door. Lindel Manor offer 5813 sq.ft. with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. Three sets of French doors lead to a huge outdoor patio for backyard garden parties. Flowing into the covered outdoor living area, vaulted ceilings and brick arch openings decorate this social space, while a gas fireplace draped in masonry stones brings natural elements into the design.

Open Floor Design

From a stunning portico through the arched entry, you are led into a beautiful foyer with a staircase leading up before you and a large gathering room with fireplace to the left. An alternative to the open great room ahead, the gathering room allows for a more formal space to entertain your guests, with easy access to the half bath. Straight ahead of the foyer is the Great Room/Kitchen open floor plan, complete with a cozy fireplace to warm the whole family on cool nights. A large bar top separates the great room space from the kitchen, offering additional seating for gathering, as well as casual meals. A huge walk-in pantry with double entry provides so much space to satisfy your inner chef’s needs!

A breathtaking vaulted ceiling decorated with timber beams over the kitchen flows into the dining space, large enough to suit a 12-person dining table! Accessed from the hallway leading away from the great room, the private Master Suite occupies the left wing of Lindel Manor. Situated below a stunning vaulted ceiling, the master bedroom boasts tons of space and gentle morning waking, offered by natural light pouring in from the gorgeous picture frame windows. To the left, the luxurious Master Bath allows for tons of room for you and your spouse to get ready in the morning without bumping heads. Double vanities greatly contribute to this purpose, and a dressing table adds even more luxury. The master bath also showcases a free-standing tub and tile shower with a seat, and a spacious walk-in closet gives all the space you could ask for to store all your wardrobe favorites!

Split Bedroom Design

This European style home plan offers privacy to all! In a split bedroom design on the main level, Bedroom 2 is found directly across from the great room/kitchen space. A cozy sitting area beside the window is a great addition to this bedroom design, and a private bathroom fully equipped with a walk-in closet and dressing table makes this room perfect for a coming-of-age teenager.

The upper level, with a balcony open to the great room below, features three more bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. Bedroom 5 also enjoys an extra storage closet, while the bathroom to bedroom 3 can also be accessed from the hall. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also feature a cozy window seat. This upper level living space is perfect for the kids to share, and the 873 sq.ft. bonus room with a kitchenette could easily serve as a game room or playroom.
