Chancellor Manor contrasts a stunning white brick with dark wood accents to highlight the front door and entrances to the garage. With just under 4,000 sq.ft. of living space providing 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, this home plan has it all! In this floor plan you will find the height of luxury with a large open floor plan that gives you plenty of space for entertaining and family gathering. Don’t overlook the winetasting room right next to the wine cellar!

Open Floor Plan

As you enter the home and into the Foyer, you will find the Study/Office to your right. This space is perfect for a home office, or for a quiet place to read on a cold winter night. The office gives you a picture window that faces the front of the home and barn style doors that can give you great privacy.

As you move further into the Chancellor Manor house plan from the Foyer, you find yourself in an open floor plan that includes the Great Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room. The Great Room is an absolutely massive space, featuring exposed timber beams along a 12-foot ceiling and a large fireplace flanked by built-ins. The rear wall of the Great Room has a large sliding glass door, allowing plenty of natural lighting to pour in.

The Kitchen is separated from the Great Room by a kitchen island attached to a built-in informal dining table. This small dining table gives you seating for 4, perfect for casual meals or getting a quick bite in the morning.

The island also provides both a sink and a dishwasher that face the Great Room, allowing you to clean up after a meal while keeping an eye on the goings-on in the Great Room. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Room, boasting great views from windows on two sides.

Lovely Outdoor Living Space

The large sliding glass door in the Great Room leads out to the Outdoor Living Space/Grilling Porch. This uncovered space gives you plenty of room to entertain and cook out, complete with an outdoor kitchen and grill.

Luxury Master Suite

Behind the Kitchen and Dining Room, on the right side of Chancellor Manor, is a hallway that will give you access to a convenient half bath. At the very end of the hallway toward the rear of the home plan is the private Master Suite. The master bedroom lies below a stunning boxed ceiling, and natural light sneaks in through a bank of windows for gentle morning waking.

The Master Bath has plenty of amenities to go around, including his and her vanities with tons of counter space and a linen closet in between, a free-standing tub, a corner glass shower, and a private toilet room. The walk-in closet is huge, with plenty of space for storage, and accesses the large Laundry Room through a pocket door.

Space for the Kids

On the other side of Chancellor Manor, you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3. Each bedroom has windows that face the rear and front of the home, respectively, and their own sink and walk-in closet. They share the Jack and Jill style bathroom between them.

Wine Tasting!

The first floor of the home is rounded out with a Flex Room that is perfect for a Winetasting Room with an adjoining Wine Cellar. The Wine Cellar is large enough to store a modest collection, while the tasting room features a high ceiling and a picture window facing the front of the home.

Bonus Room Over Garage

Upstairs is a large Bonus Room over the garage, as well as space for storage. If you choose to build this portion of the house plan, you will have enough room for a loft style bedroom with space for a king bed, its own private sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom.
